Fig 4. This photograph shows a common mistake used by shooters employing a “broken” wrist in the forward arm. The reason for this is that the right hand is rotated so that the fore end is across the palm of the hand. There is also a separate problem in this photograph with the shooter ‘s fingers in contact with a free floating barrel. This is a good example of the function of the left hand being totally wrong! The problem is exacerbated with fatigue developing seriously in a long match. (see text with this photograph.)
